All our rugs are evaluated, tested for cleaning, logged and photo’d. We begin the process by using our state of the art dusting machine to eliminate the sand and other dry particulates. Every rug is then hand cleaned until the rinse water runs clear. The rug is then placed in a high speed centrifuge, spun and rinsed again. Clean rugs are then placed over night in our temperature regulated drying room. Any type of finish work is such as specialty spotting or repair is started the following day.
